The appeal of the space is not enough. Control room, conversion, monitoring, preamps, microphones, outboard and backline must genuinely support the project.

Urban creative residency

The loft includes bedrooms, a kitchen and living spaces. This is not decorative hospitality: it is an operational option for extended sessions, pauses, re-listening and continuity.
